- Only colors listed for sale can be acquired via transfer.
- A 10% platform fee is added to the list price.
- Color names do not change after transfer.

- Verified is for brand, studio, and IP pilot partners.
- Trademark conflicts go through Verified and report procedures.
Limits & autonomy (Colname Engine)
Protocol limits enable autonomy. Ownership, names, and CF-ID never reset.
- One slot · one name · one owner — anti-squat rate limits (5/day · 24 lifetime S1 per device).
- Ladder resets ranks only — monthly and seasonal. Colors in Mine are permanent.
- Transfer price is owner autonomy. Platform revenue: signature sales + 10% fee (no live market in S1.5).
Prohibited conduct
No trademark abuse, spam, fake records, or system abuse.
- Claiming others' trademarks or brand names without rights.
- Bots, mass claiming, or fake Activity manipulation.
- Disputes or false reports to circumvent immutable names.
